On Thursday night, the DCC team were honoured to attend the InDaily ‘40 Under 40’ Awards, celebrating outstanding business leaders from across Queensland.
We’re absolutely thrilled to share that our CEO, Deejay Egan, took home the Inspiring Future Leaders Award 🎉
Out of more than 270 applicants statewide, Deejay was first named one of just 40 finalists, before proudly being selected as the winner of his category. It’s an incredible achievement and a huge recognition of the passion, dedication, and hard work he has poured into DCC Industry Group over the past four years.
From starting DCC with just one house to now leading services across Queensland, Deejay has always remained focused on what matters most — people, community, and meaningful impact. His leadership continues to inspire our teams and the wider sector, and this award truly reflects the values he leads with every day.
