Our residential care services offer 24/7 support in a safe, structured environment for children and young people under statutory care who are unable to live in a family-based setting. With a trauma-informed approach, we focus on stability, emotional safety, and pathways to healing and independence.

Safe, Therapeutic & Inclusive Care for Vulnerable Youth

We specialise in trauma-informed practice frameworks and provides the Trauma Recovery Model in our programs. We uphold the child protection placement principles in all our non-family-based care programs by incorporating culturally appropriate and therapeutic connections for children and young people and employing a highly skilled therapeutic workforce.

Trauma-Informed Care & Recovery

We use trauma-informed frameworks, including the Trauma Recovery Model, to guide how we support children, young people, and families. Our focus is on healing, safety, and restoring a strong sense of identity and wellbeing.

Culturally Safe & Therapeutic Support

We work alongside families and communities to deliver care that respects culture, strengthens belonging, and supports emotional and spiritual healing. Our practice is guided by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing, being, and doing.

Our Process

Safe Placement & Matching

We work closely with Child Safety, community, and cultural advisors to ensure each child or young person is placed in a home that is safe, stable, and culturally appropriate. Every placement begins with respect, understanding, and a plan for connection.

Individualised Support

Once in care, we develop a personalised care plan that focuses on the child’s emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs. Using trauma-informed approaches, our team delivers daily care alongside therapeutic and cultural supports.

Ongoing Advocacy & Transition Planning

We regularly review progress with the young person, their care team, and relevant professionals to ensure they are safe, growing, and heard. Our goal is to support healing and work toward long-term outcomes — whether reunification, stability, or independence.
