Property and Assets Administrator
This role is able to be based in either Ipswich or Spring Hill – If based in Spring Hill, the incumbent of the role must be willing to undertake 2 weeks of training in Spring Hill. Reporting to the Property and Assets Coordinator, the Property and Assets Administrator plays a vital role at DCC Industry Group in ensuring all property and assets are in excellent condition for the clients we care for. Much of this role is processing maintenance requests relating to damages incurred by our clients in a timely manner and submitting claims to Child Safety Departments for reimbursement.
The position requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role contributes to the smooth operation of DCC’s services and ensures our facilities and resources reflect the organisation’s commitment to quality care and community support.
Quality, Risk and Compliance Administrator
Reporting to the Quality, Risk and Compliance Coordinator, this role serves as an integral member of the broader Quality, Risk & Compliance team and is critical in focusing on maintaining the highest standards of compliance within DCC’s operations. This role is entrusted with the crucial responsibility of reviewing and overseeing DCC’s current documentation and forms, ensuring they are consistently aligned with the stringent requirements set by Child Protection Licensing and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Family Support Worker
We’re seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker on a Part-Time (25 hours per week, 12pm – 5pm Monday to Friday) 6-month contract to support Foster and Kinship Carers, and children and young people, within our Foster and Kinship Care division. You’ll work closely with families, community partners, and agencies to ensure safe, culturally appropriate, and nurturing placements. You’ll bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to carer engagement and play a key role in upholding the Child Protection Act 1999 (Qld), the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principles, Child Safe Standards and the Universal Principle.
Services Team Leader (Foster and Kinship)
As the Services Team Leader, you will lead the Foster and Kinship Care team to ensure the effective recruitment, assessment, training, and ongoing support of foster and kinship carers. This role ensures that the program operates in alignment with the Department’s Statement of Standards and DCC Industry Group’s values, maintaining compliance with licensing and quality frameworks. The Team Leader provides professional supervision, drives continuous improvement, and fosters collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role will play a key part in upholding the Child Protection Act 1999 (Qld), embedding the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principle (ATSICPP), Child Safe Standards and Universal Principle and ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and cultural connection of every child in care.
Allied Health Assistant
The Allied Health Assistant will work alongside Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. The role involves implementing therapy plans, preparing resources, documenting progress, and supporting clients during therapy-based activities across a variety of settings. This role will be based primarily at our Caboolture location, but will work in our Nambour and Currimundi sites as well.
Business Support Officer
Reporting to the General Manager, Foster and Kinship Care, the Business Support Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the organisation and assisting corporate services to maintain effective and efficient service delivery across the Foster & Kinship Care division. You will be an effective, determined, and proactive administrator who contributes to the development and smooth operation of daily functions within the organisation. This position requires strong administrative and organisational skills to ensure effective corporate planning, accurate recordkeeping, and predictable processes that support case workers, management, and the senior leadership team.
Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer & Assessor
DCC Industry Group is hiring an experienced Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer and Assessor to lead and improve crisis prevention and intervention training across residential and community programs. Reporting to the Learning & Development Coordinator, the role oversees TCI training delivery, assessment, and certification in line with Cornell’s TCI model, DCC’s Model of Care, child safety requirements, and statutory obligations. The position works closely with practice teams to support workforce development, training planning, skill audits, and incident review. As a proactive and solutions-focused leader, the trainer will help embed therapeutic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice, strengthening staff capability, reducing physical interventions, and promoting safe, confident, child-centred responses to crises.
Speech Therapist
As a Speech Therapist at DCC, you’ll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based, participant-centred therapy across a diverse and dynamic clientele. Occupational Therapist
As an Occupational Therapist at DCC, you will be providing your expertise and services with a varied caseload that includes referrals for both children and adults. Supervision, mentorship and professional development are provided to ensure that team members feel supported in all areas of the role. This role will be based in Toowoomba, and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting parents/families to develop understanding and knowledge of the NDIS to support their ability to make informed decisions
- Conducting standardised and non-standardised assessments
- Planning, implementing and evaluating individual therapy programs
- Completing documentation and writing functional reports in line with professional standards
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, support staff, and other allied health services
- Assessing home and school environments, prescribing aids, equipment and modifications as required.
- Identifying and providing appropriate information and education to clients, families, support staff, and other allied health services
People and Culture/WHS Advisor
The People and Culture/WHS Advisor plays a critical role in shaping our workplace culture, embedding safety and wellbeing, and supporting our people to thrive. The People and Culture/WHS Advisor will foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace by leading initiatives in WHS, governance, risk management, and compliance. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legislative and organisational requirements. With a focus on maintaining high standards of governance, the Advisor provides expert advice on WHS and employee wellbeing, supports a culture of accountability, and drives continuous improvement across people and culture practices.
Residential Youth Worker
In this role, you will be working as part of a dynamic care team, providing both youth support and disability support services to children and young people in DCC care. Our young people may have a range of additional needs, including ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), language disorders, and reactive attachment disorder.
You will be responsible for offering compassionate, trauma-informed care and supporting each young person’s individual development and well-being. This includes assisting with personal care needs such as meal preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, medication administration and accurate medication data recording, skill development and socialisation, and providing transport to school, appointments, and community-based activities.
As part of supporting children and young people with complex communication needs, you must be willing to use a variety of communication tools, including audio devices, pictorial aids, and PODD (Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display) communication books. Full training will be provided by qualified therapists to ensure that every member of the care team is equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality support tailored to the unique needs of each young person.

Lead Youth Worker
As a Lead Youth Worker, you will play a key mentoring and role modelling role within the home, working closely alongside the House Manager to support a safe, supportive, and consistent environment for children and young people. Your focus will be on guiding and supporting youth workers through example—fostering personal growth, positive engagement, and trauma-informed care practices.
You will participate in and support young people’s Cultural Support Plan and support the House Manager with the day-to-day operations of the home by assisting with the house planner, grocery list, cleaning checklists, identifying risks and concerns, and up lining these to the House Manager. You will play an active part in maintaining a therapeutic, trauma-aware environment that meets the individual needs of children and young people with complex behavioural and emotional backgrounds.
House Manager
Reporting to the Case Manager, this role is focused on supporting the day-to-day program operations in the organisation and supporting youth workers to develop and improve practice and drive positive outcomes for the young people in our care. In this role with DCC Industry Group, you will work collegially with the Case Manager as you support and implement program structure and consistency. You will be an effective determined and creative leader that takes the opportunity to develop and support a residential program. This position will see you providing on the floor support to young people in the program each day, with one day allocated as your admin day.
