DCC Industry Group is a proudly Indigenous-led organisation born from the humble beginnings of Dynamic Community Care, a grassroots service committed to standing beside children, families and communities. What started as a small residential care provider has grown into DCC Industry Group, a collective of purpose-driven divisions delivering holistic services across the youth, families and community space, labour hire and workforce support, allied health, and NDIS. We’re grounded in culture, driven by compassion, and shaped by the belief that real change happens when care is done with heart and led by community.
