He is responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Marvin's extensive experience across multiple industries empowers him to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring financial stability and fostering sustainable growth within the group.
My Story
I joined the DCC Group as the Group Chief Financial Officer in early May 2024, bringing with me a robust portfolio of over 15 years in financial and commercial roles spanning across diverse sectors. My journey has taken me through the realms of Non-for-Profit, manufacturing, banking, insurance, transport, education, and consultancy. I've embraced various leadership roles, including Head of Finance, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Commercial Manager, Project Controller, and Improvement Manager, in both domestic and international settings.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands and a Master of Science in Management and Financial Controlling from the Open University of the Netherlands. My academic pathway also led me to CPA Australia, where I earned my status as a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) in 2021.

Outside the financial arena, I cherish spending time with my family, travelling, and enjoying various sports. I am driven by the mission to leverage my experience to further enhance DCC Group's financial strategies, ensuring we continue to thrive and deliver outstanding value to our communities and stakeholders.
